Year 8 Parents Evening Thursday 26 January 2023, 4:15pm-7:15pm

We would like to invite you to attend our Year 8 Parents Evening on Thursday 26 January 2023 from 4:15pm-7:15pm. Parents evenings are now face to face, in the PTC at The Cedars Academy. This is an important evening and provides you with an opportunity to speak with your child’s teachers about their progress since the start of the year.

The Cedars Academy operates an online appointment booking system which allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers, and you will receive an email confirming your appointments.  Booking is now open, and will close on Thursday 26 January at 12noon.

Please be aware that you must enter your own details, and that of your child, exactly as it is on our school records (the system will verify you based on your name, your child’s name and their date of birth).

Please be aware that each slot is 5 minutes and we ask that you support us in keeping to time, to ensure that the evening finishes promptly at 7:15pm.

PE – you only need to book with one teacher, who can give you a complete update of pupils’ progress. Please do not book with all teachers; any extra appointments will be cancelled from the system.

 Geography / History – if your child has the same teacher, they will cover both subjects in your appointment, therefore please only book once.
